I feel very fortunate to be a part of the learning community at Good Shepherd. It is a truly unique school; being small enough to feel like family but firmly connected to the broader, global learning community through the IB PYP.

I love working at Good Shepherd because it feels like home – it’s small, cosy and full of friendly faces!

I feel incredibly blessed to have been welcomed into the Good Shepherd community and can truly sense God working here. I am particularly passionate about students developing a love of and appreciation for their learning opportunities, and ensure this happens by building authentic relationships and praying for God to remain at the centre of all I do.
Year 4/5 Teacher/Sustainability Coordinator/ICT Coordinator
I am feeling truly blessed to be welcomed into the Good Shepherd Lutheran School community with such open hearts and minds.
B.Ed Middle Primary
What I love about working at Good Shepherd is that it is a school of the Lutheran Church and that it has its roots buried in the Christian ethos. I love that Good Shepherd is a small school and that I can get to know all the children by name, and get to know all of the families too.
PE Coordinator/The Arts
I am excited to be part of the Good Shepherd community once more, this time as a teacher. I look forward to getting to know new routines and new faces this year.
You can often find me everywhere but my office as my number 1 priority is always our students.
It is a privilege to be able to assist our parents and students each day in this caring community.
B ECE, Grad Dip Theo Ed
I feel a strong sense of community and warmth at Good Shepherd which makes this a special place to both work and learn. I love that all children regardless of their abilities are truly valued and supported to reach their full potential. It is exciting to be part of this team and I look forward to getting to know lots of children and families during my time as an LSO in the Foundation class.
I am so grateful to be part of a learning environment which encourages all students to strive towards their individual goals. Each student is celebrated for their unique gifts, skills and personalities. Through our strong community of dedicated and caring staff, supportive families and enthusiastic students, successful and meaningful learning is achieved.
BSc; Cert 3 Edu support
It is a blessing to be part of such a caring and supportive team at Good Shepherd Lutheran School. It’s lovely to see the students showing respect and care for one another, and showing their enjoyment while learning.
4th Year B.Ed Primary
The Good Shepherd community is one I have always been very proud to be a part of, as a past student and now, as a pre-service teacher and learning support officer. Forming positive relationships is at the heart of what I do and I am looking forward to providing specialised support to students, and encouraging a love for learning.
Grounds and Maintenance
I love the camaraderie of staff and the respectfulness of the students. This is the school that I wish I had attended in my youth.
It’s great to be part of a dedicated, hardworking team and watching our wonderful Good Shepherd students grow up and develop through our school.
