Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths

Integrated into learning across the curriculum.

Our students enjoy engaging and challenging science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) based learning opportunities using a range of ICT technologies incorporated across their learning.

With the help of a significant Commonwealth grant the school has invested heavily to provide a wide range of technology including a replicator and 3D printer, a full ‘green screen’, interactive digital boards, a vinyl printer, and different codable devices.

Students at Good Shepherd are experiencing STEM in a whole new and exciting way, bringing their creative ideas and solutions to life.

All students have access to iPads and laptops, which are provided and managed by the school and linked to the school’s wireless network, providing flexible access to the internet across the campus. These devices enable students to think and learn differently and explore creativity, by putting the wider world at their finger-tips.
